Izziwotnot's Bailey Sleigh cot-bed isn't cheap, but it is elegant and well-constructed. It's easy to put together however it does require two people. It is beautiful in any nursery. The panel we used was a fan of the dark wood and dowel sides, and is robust enough to be used until your baby turns toddler. It also meets British safety standards. The depth is not enough to ensure that your child could climb out the panel, and the distance between slats must not exceed 65mm. This should stop their heads from becoming trapped. It's worth bearing in mind that you'll need purchase a mattress on its own that is an additional PS88.
The sleigh design of this cot is really beautiful and makes it stand out from other cots. It's also easy to get your baby inside and out of it, which is an enormous benefit. It's a little more expensive than other cot-beds however, our panel of experts thought it was worth it for the looks and durability.
